I acknowledge and understand that by registering for the event I explicitly give Mountain Magic and its assignees, licenses vendors, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my name, picture, portrait, photograph, likeness, audio recording, and video recording in all forms and in all manners, including composites or partial representations, for advertising, trade or any lawful purposes and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, which may be created in connection therewith. I further waive and release for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, any and all rights for damage I might have against Mountain Magic (Michelle Kinkaid & Associates) for any and all injuries & damages which may be suffered by me in participation in the general social dancing and/or competition and my traveling to and from the event location. I also agree to be bound by the decisions of Mountain Magic in any and all matters related to this event and understand decisions are final. I certify that I am over 18 years of age, or have legal guardian’s permission to attend and participate. I have read the above and agree to be bound by these terms.
