From the Sacramento Area:
Take U.S. Hwy 50 East to South Lake Tahoe. Hotel is located on Hwy 50
just past the California/Nevada State line on the right side.

From the San Francisco Bay Area:
Take Hwy I-80 East to Sacramento, then follow the directions above from Sacramento.

From Southern California
Take Hwy 5 or 99 North to Sacramento, then follow directions above from Sacramento.

From Reno:
Take Hwy 395 South to U.S. Hwy 50 West.

A good local Bay Area option is Amtrak (train to Sacramento & then bus to Lake Tahoe).

OPTION 1: Fly to Reno/Tahoe Int’l Airport (RNO). Event Resort is 55 miles from the Reno airport.
– Then, take the South Tahoe Airporter Shuttle from Reno to the hotel at South Lake Tahoe.
– Or, rent a car Rental cars are available at the airport; reservations definitely recommended.

NOTE: Check the Shuttle schedule (below) and coordinate the Shuttle times when making your air reservations.

OPTION 2: Fly to Sacramento Int’l Airport (SMF). Event Resort is ~90 miles from the Sacramento airport.
– Then, take Amtrak bus from Sacramento to South Lake Tahoe. (see Amtrak train info above).
– Or, rental cars are available at the airport; reservations definitely recommended.
